Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Deliveries could take longer under most circumstances. It's advised that customers consider the process time for a desired delivery date. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping within the United States
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping option selected and your location. Keep in mind that deliveries could take longer under most circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery option. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address information, or weather disruptions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days, depending on the destination, however, deliveries could take longer under most circumstances.
Shipping Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims related to lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Restrictions

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
